Brats

After several months of planning and recipe testing we finally have our pork products available for sale! This is new for us! We have always had a supply of pigs but we never had a way to process it for our customers. We found a great butcher, D&D Meats in Corunna, IN. Currently we have bratwursts, original and jalapeno, for $3.99/lb.
